1. Who we are
These terms apply to orders placed with Knitwear Textile UK Ltd ("KTUK", "we", "us"), 149 Great Ducie Street, Manchester, M3 1FB. Phone or WhatsApp 07747 584 183, email hasan.haq@knitweartextile.com.
2. Trade customers only
We sell to businesses only. By placing an order you confirm you are buying for your business and not as a consumer. Consumer cancellation rights therefore do not apply to these orders.
3. Your order
- Your order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation after payment.
- If we cannot supply an item (for example a stock count error), we will tell you promptly and refund that item in full.
- If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the current UK rate at checkout.
- The minimum order is £100 excluding VAT and delivery.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. A VAT receipt is emailed to you.
5. Pre-packed boxes
Garments are sold in pre-packed boxes. Each product page shows the number of pieces and the colour and size split in each box. Boxes are not split. Shades can vary slightly between dye batches.
6. Delivery and collection
- We deliver to UK mainland addresses. We aim to dispatch within 24-48 working hours of payment; delivery times are estimates.
- You can choose free collection from our Manchester warehouse during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30).
- Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us about any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
- Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
7. Faulty goods and returns
- If goods are faulty, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace them or refund you.
- Returns of goods that are not faulty are at our discretion and only for unopened boxes within 14 days. You pay the return carriage, and a refund is made once we've checked the boxes.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
