Who is responsible

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, VAT number (if you give one), delivery address, order details and any notes you add. Our payment provider, Stripe, collects your payment details; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
- To take payment, pack and deliver your order and contact you about it (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep sales and VAT records (a legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep our shop secure (our legitimate interests).
We do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores order records.
- Our email provider, to send order and dispatch emails.
- The courier delivering your order.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
Your browser
Your basket is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. If you tick "Remember my details", your checkout details are also saved in your browser only. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it (unless we must keep it by law), or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
